Antonio Menghini received a degree in Geological Science from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Italy, in 1989. He has worked as consultant geophysicist since 1990: firstly as free-lance in a private company in Italy, for applications in hydrogeology, engineering, environment and archaeology, by means of EM, electrical, magnetic and refraction seismic method. Then, starting from 2006, as consultant for oil and mining companies, as expert in EM methods. Since 2010 he is working as senior geophysicist for Aarhus Geofisica s.r.l. (currently Emergo) for the processing, inversion and interpretation of AEM data. Antonio keeps the team with the boots on the ground, or below it, making sure our results match geology …. that is unless geologists got it wrong in the first place, of course. He is the inventor of EMusic (Electromagnetic Music).
